School of Computer Science and Information Engineering was established in Sep2013, which currently consists of 4 departments(Computer Science and Technology,Software Engineering,Information and Communication Engineering, and Computer Common Courses), 1 Experimental Center(including ComputerScience Laboratory,Electronics and Communication Engineering Laboratory and Computing Center Laboratory) and 4 Research Institutes(Software Engineering, Signal Processing and Systems Analysis,Image Graphics and Multimedia and Internet of Things Engineering).

At present, our faculty includes 16 professors、35 associate professors and 35 lectures. More than 60% of the faculties hold Ph.D. degrees. The total enrollment is about 2000 students, including 1800 undergraduate students, and 200 Master candidates.

In recent years, Our school has contributed significantly to theservices of economy construction and social development,more than 300 projects from various departments have been granted tothe school with a total funding more than RMB 70,000,000.It undertakes the major part of R&D efforts,maintenance and consultationfor the

application systems in the fields of tax administration,educational informationization, administration of justice, energy and other industries.

The school attaches great importance to teaching and research activities. It has been fully-equipped with advanced teaching and research facilities. In recent years, the employment rate of postgraduates is kept in 100%, and the employment rate of undergraduates is above 93% in average.
